flowers the eyes of leopards

for the rocks

one two three ochre bearing
harvest cats mewl melodiously
all your secrets to me
but i am too busy taking apart this eiffel tower
to understand their exotic accents

i leave them sardines and opium
they leave me little boxes
full of honey
